First and foremost, we hope you and your families are safe and well. The last few weeks have been unprecedented for all of us, to say the least.
We are writing this message to let you know that we have been preparing for a moment like this and our robust business model allows most of our employees to work remotely from home until further notice.
Somethings to consider:
We recommend shipping your textbooks to us and avoid dropping them off for everyone's safety.
We are open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 PM to 4 PM.
You can drop off your textbooks or donations by ringing the bell at the back entrance and someone will open the door for you.
We don't issue checks until further notice and all payment will be via E-transfer or Paypal. All Payments are released on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Customers will not be able to come in from the main office entrance.
We are in this together and fully committed to delivering the results you expect. Thank you for everything you are doing to support your people and our communities. We will get through this together.
